RELISHING MY MOMENTS AT IGOROT STONE KINGDOM OF BAGUIO CITY

 Location:  Baguio City, Philippines

Igorot Stone Kingdom of Baguio City has massive hand-stacked stone towers, castle walls, and scenic viewpoints that make fantastic backdrops for pictures.  This attraction was actually built to honor local Igorot history, and traditional stone-laying skills.  Its entrance fees are P130 for adults, P100 for children under 12, and free for toddlers aged three and under from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

This themed park was opened in May 2021 with an area of 6,000 square meters located along Longlong Road, Pinsao Proper, Baguio City.  This park highlights Cordilleran stonework, indigenous architecture, and local folklore inspired by the builder's childhood.   Its founder and CEO is Engineer Pio Velasco, who hails from Sabangan, Mountain Province.

This attraction is 5 kilometers from downtown Baguio.  It features multi-tiered stone walls and towers built using traditional riprap methods where boulders are interlocked.  Its designs are reminiscent of the famous Batad Rice Terraces in Banaue combined with old European-style castle ruins.

• Guided and Self-Directed Tours:  Walking paths and terraced stone structures that showcase Cordilleran architecture and narrate local folklore like the legend of Gatan and Bangan.
• Thrill Attractions:  A 100-meter-long, 56-meter-high self-controlled Bicycle Zipline service available for P500.
• Art and Portrait Services:  Located at the Ina Rita Hall art gallery, offering fast sketches (20 minutes), caricatures (30-45 minutes), and pet portraits (30 minutes).
• Photo Opportunities:  Designated scenic viewing points, traditional Igorot costume rentals, and backdrops featuring stone castles, towers, and a simulated gold mine.

• Cafe Services:  Food and warm drinks available at the on-site lobby cafeteria and the Cafe in the Sky.
• Information Center:  Provides details on indigenous customs, local history, and park navigation.
• Parking Space:  On-site parking slots available for a separate fee of P100.
