It is located at Taysan Hill, Sto. Nino Village, Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines situated on a hill with a viewpoint overlooking the cityscape and the Mayon Volcano.

The infinity pool by day
This infinity pool and the adjacent gym is open from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. There is a bar/lounge near the pool. By the way, part of this infinity pool is a kiddie pool. Part of this pool is a jacuzzi which is the management commitment to provide spa facility.

The hotel has 115 rooms. The rooms include different types, such as Deluxe Rooms, Premier Rooms, and Suites. The hotel is also described as having 104 rooms on its own website, including Executive Suites, the Mayor's Suite, and the Governor's Suite, suggesting the total might be higher when including these larger options.
